The first in a series of after sales service tools
under development by Conasys is our "Warranty Resource
Homeowner Packages ("Warranty Resource manuals are
comprehensive information packages that builders provide
to their homeowners, upon completion of the homes
construction.
These are prepared by Conasys on a, custom per home
basis, by utilizing our extensive Manufacturers,
Suppliers and Sub-Trades database.
A Warranty Resource participating builder is one that
provides a "Lifetime of Comfort" to their home
purchasers by putting the information tools they need
about their home, and its products, in their hands.
An effective information management program truly
appreciated by builders and homeowners alike.

- The property’s builder/ developer’s name printed
on the cover of the Warranty ResourceTM package
- An “About Your Builder Page” which gives the
builder the opportunity to mention notable features
(awards won, years in business etc) of their company
and gives the homeowner, a personal insight into who
built your home
- A complete listing of all the sub-trades,
installers and suppliers which were involved in the
construction of the home/ unit. As well as how to
contact them.
- An extensive listing of manufacturer contact
information, the products used, the length of
coverage, and applicable model information.
All hardcopy manufacturers warranty cards and
letters of guarantee based on the information
provided.
- Space to add subsequent warranty cards and info
as they are purchased, therefore keeping The
Warranty Resource current for the building
throughout ownership and for relaying the
information to subsequent owners.
- All applicable warranty registration cards which
need to be sent to the manufacturers, highlighted
for you.
- The builder provided third party insurance
policy number.
- Conasys also maintains a database of Warranty
ResourceTM packages produced. This information will
be available to the homeowner should the need arise.
