New Home Owner:
Q: I am building or buying a new
home and would like the Warranty Resource Home Owner
Package, how do I get this on my new home?
A: Refer to our participating builders list on this
website to find a builder near you that subscribes to
our services. If you have already chosen a builder and
they are not on our participating builders list then
tell your builder about this service or contact us by
email at
sales@warrantyresource.com or call us toll free at
1-877-744-7547 and we will contact your builder for you.
Builder:
Q: How do I get started using the Warranty Resource service?
A: Contact us by email at
sales@warrantyresource.com
or call us toll free at 1-877-744-7547 and ask for a
starter kit. Let us know how you’d like us to send the
information to you. We can send it by email, fax or
postal service.
Q: What effort is required from me to complete a Warranty Resource Home Owner Package?
A: Getting started is as simple as completing the starter kit in 3 easy steps:
- Signing a general service agreement,
- Completing a simple one page order form and
- Providing us the names and contact information
for your suppliers, installers and sub-trades for
that particular property.
You only sign the service agreement once and if you
use the same suppliers, installers and sub-trades on
multiple properties you only need to do that once as
well…
….So on subsequent orders you just complete the one
page order form and return it to us by email, fax or
postal service.
Q: Once I have ordered a
package for a home, how long does it take?
A: Our goal is to have the package ready for you to
hand to your client the day you give them the keys… we
need about 60 days lead time to ensure we can prepare
the package on time.
Q: Is the Warranty Resource
service related to or a replacement for a Third Party
Warranty Provider?
We are not an insurance provider so we do not replace
the need for Third Party Warranty Providers. We are
however, a complimentary package that is generally
looked upon favorably by the Third Party Warranty
Providers.
Talk to your builder about getting a Warranty Resource™ Homeowner Package.
